Exercises

Chair Squats

Step 1.

  • Stand tall and have chair placed behind you

Step 2

  • Arms Straight in front of you 
  • Slowly start to sit down
  • Stop before your bottom hits the chair (Hovering over it)
  • Slowly Straighten to stand up
  • Repeat

Having a weak muscle can make it hard to do a regular squat. Adding the chair helps support you to regain muscle in your quad. Chair squats are simple for all fitness levels from beginners to seniors , even those with mobility issues.
